What our customers report, what a realistic ninety days looks like, and the caveats we would want to read ourselves before ordering anything.

What customers report most often

• "It's the first supplement I've kept up past a month." Comfortably the most common feedback we receive, and the reason we chose a liquid dropper in the first place.
• "The lemon makes it easy to take." Taste sounds like a trivial thing to mention in a review. It is the difference between a two-week trial and a two-month one.
• "Five ingredients I could actually look up." Customers tell us they read the label before ordering. We built a short list precisely so that is possible.
• "I ran it past my pharmacist first." Usually because of our blood-thinner note. That is exactly the behaviour we hoped putting it above the pricing would produce.

What a realistic 90 days looks like

Weeks 1–2: building the habit. Nothing dramatic should happen in the first fortnight, and we would be suspicious of any botanical product where it did. What matters is that the drops become automatic — beside the kettle, next to the toothbrush.

Weeks 3–6: the routine settles. This is where most supplements get quietly abandoned. If you are still taking it daily at week six, you have done the hard part. Keep your written notes going.

Weeks 7–12: judge it properly. Compare your notes against the baseline you wrote down before starting. Because our guarantee runs 60 days from purchase, set a reminder for day 50 so the decision is made calmly rather than against a deadline.

How to judge it honestly

Breathing comfort is a feeling before it is a measurement, which makes it easy to misjudge in either direction. Expectation alone will make you feel better for a fortnight, and a bad air week will make you feel a good product failed. So use a method:

1. For one week before your first dose, record three countable things daily: morning breathing comfort out of ten, night-time coughing episodes, and how far you walk before feeling winded.
2. Take the drops daily and change nothing else about your routine for the first month.
3. Repeat the identical week of notes at weeks four, eight and twelve.
4. Compare the written records, not your memory of how you felt. Note the air quality index on bad days — it explains more variation than most people expect.

The caveats we would want to read

• Individual results vary. Customer experiences here are individual and are not a guarantee you will experience the same.
• It is swallowed, not inhaled. It cannot open an airway on demand and is never a substitute for a rescue inhaler.
• No trial exists on the finished formula. What we have is ingredient science, presented as ingredient science.
• Ask your prescriber about the blood-thinner note before you order, not after.
• Symptoms need a doctor. Shortness of breath, a persistent or worsening cough, wheezing, chest pain or coughing blood are for clinical assessment, never for a supplement.
