BreathiZen is swallowed, not inhaled. Nothing in the bottle enters your airway or your lungs. It is not a bronchodilator, it cannot open an airway on demand, and it must never be used in place of a rescue inhaler, controller medication or oxygen therapy.

We make no lung-detox or mucus-clearing claims. Your airways clear themselves continuously through their mucus layer and cilia, and nothing you swallow scrubs lung tissue. If you encounter a page claiming this product detoxes your lungs, it is not associated with this website and we would treat it with real scepticism.

Who BreathiZen is for

Adult men aged 18 and over. Not intended for anyone under 18.
Not for women who are pregnant or nursing.
Do not exceed the stated serving printed on your bottle.
Keep out of reach of children, and keep the dropper cap closed.
Contains bromelain from pineapple stem — not suitable for anyone with a pineapple allergy.
Ginger and bromelain can affect blood clotting. Speak to your prescriber first if you take warfarin or another anticoagulant, and stop at least two weeks before scheduled surgery.
Speak to your doctor or pharmacist first if you take prescription medication, particularly for blood pressure, heart conditions, diabetes or mood. Take your bottle so they can read the label.
Stop and seek advice if you experience any adverse reaction.

Symptoms that need a doctor, not a supplement

Persistent fatigue, low mood, or a lasting change in sexual function can all have treatable medical causes — thyroid problems, sleep apnoea, diabetes, depression and cardiovascular issues among them. Shortness of breath, a persistent or worsening cough, wheezing, chest pain or coughing blood always deserve assessment rather than a supplement. Please do not delay a medical assessment while trialling any supplement, including ours.

FDA registration is not FDA approval

BreathiZen is manufactured in an FDA-registered, GMP-certified facility. That refers to the manufacturing site being on file with the agency. No dietary supplement is FDA-approved, including this one. Any page claiming FDA approval for a supplement is either mistaken or misleading you.
